Our Story

Blessed Bees Global Ministry was born from a shared vision to be the hands and feet of Christ in a world where educational and health disparities often limit potential. Our founders, driven by a deep faith and a commitment to social justice, established this ministry to bridge those gaps.

Brandon and Rebecca Stokes, were serving in the U.S. military in 1996 when their pastor prophesied that one day they would be missionaries in Africa. At the time, they could not have imagined it would take nearly 30 years, three children, and several journeys around the world before that prophecy would be fulfilled in Mombasa, Kenya. The call to Africa remained steady through the years as the Lord continued to shape their hearts for ministry, service, and the work of the Gospel. With a desire to follow wherever He led, they remained open to His timing and direction, trusting Him to make the path clear.  In April 2024, God provided an opportunity for them to travel with a mission group from their local church to Mombasa, Kenya.  On their very first mission trip, they knew God had a purpose and a plan for them in Kenya.  They returned three more times over the next two years, as God continued to unfold His greater purpose for their lives.

During each trip, God revealed Himself in a powerful way and placed in their hearts a greater vision: not to be once-a-year missionary, but to truly invest in the Kingdom of God and in winning souls to Jesus Christ through love. What began as a mission trip became a life-changing moment of surrender and clarity, confirming that God was calling them into a deeper work.

After four trips to Kenya, God faithfully provided the means, opened the right doors, and established the relationships needed to launch Blessed Bees Global Ministry. Through each step, Brandon and Rebecca saw His hand of provision and purpose, turning obedience into opportunity and vision into action. Today, their ministry stands as a testimony to God’s faithfulness and to their shared passion for loving people, serving communities, and seeing lives transformed by the hope of Jesus Christ.  We will go, serve and support anywhere God calls us.
